For a number of years we have been assisting Digicel Bermuda with their Billing and IT environment. We have assisted them through numerous upgrades in their billing system as well as providing them with Database Monitoring and Maintenance of the Microsoft SQL Server based ARIS Envision billing and OSS system. Or proprietary tools monitor their operations around the clock to ensure their systems are always available to provide availability of service and support to their customers.

M3 Wireless

We have been engaged with M3 Wireless since 2004 and is one of our longest customers. We assisted M3 in deploying their fixed wireless network EasyConnect which allows customers to connect wirelessly to their chosen ISP in Bermuda. We also have been very instrumental in assisting with their roaming business over the years and in the past year have completely taken over the running of the day to day business for M3. We are responsible for contract negotiation, agreement management, vendor management, testing, billing and commercial launch of networks. Through an extended team of professionals with our partners we manage over 200+ roaming relationships for M3 for both 2G and 3G.

For 5 years we have provided technical direction, IT Support, Document Management, Security and Automation to the Williams firm. Coldsnap Services Ltd

Coldsnap Services Ltd is a small specialised Air Conditioning and HVAC firm operating in Bermuda. We provide them with IT direction and support to maintain their Microsoft SQL Server client database and workforce management solutions. We also implemented Google Apps Premier addition to enable seamless mobile cloud based communication to their workforce while helping them to keep their IT costs and maintenance to a minimum.

Outside The Box Thinking

We have been assisting OTBT over the last year in establishing their business plans and product lines, as well as helping them in assessing the location based and fleet management opportunities in Bermuda. We have also helped OTBT to understand the local environment and marketplace as well as give guidance as to where their focus should be.

Telebermuda International

Over the past few years we have assisted TBI with their Billing and OSS implementation, Database Monitoring and Maintenance tools and most recently installed our WebConnect (web based invoice presentment and payment) application to enable 24 x 7 access for their customers to be able to pay bills online and get access to invoice history.

We continue to provide support to TBI as and when needed and stay in touch frequently to assist with new product rollout and services.
