10:00am: I spoke with Amy in TiVo Level 3 Support on Friday. In a nut shell she was unable to help us, she told me to call TiVo Corporate, I don’t know why she couldn’t have told me this 2 months ago. But anyways, good news is that my contact Tribune Media Services is now speaking to TiVo Corporate on our behalf and he is giving me regular updates.
